Refund Policy

Trading cards are collectibles, so most sales are final. We do stand behind every card we send, and the exceptions below are covered.
We accept a return or refund when
- The item arrives damaged in transit. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- The item is materially not as described (wrong card, or a condition issue not shown in the listing photos). Report within 7 days of delivery.
- We canceled your order because the card was already sold or mispriced. That is always a full refund.
We cannot accept a return for
- Buyer's remorse or a change in the card's market value.
- Graded slabs that have been opened or cracked.
- Raw cards removed from their protective holder in a way that affects condition.
How to start a return
Email hello@elevatednrj.com with your order details and photos. If approved, return the item tracked and insured. Buyer covers return shipping unless the issue was our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged in transit
Keep all packaging and send photos right away. We ship insured where available and will help file the carrier claim so you are made whole.
