Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through elevatednrj.com from NRJ LLC, doing business as Elevated NRJ ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Items are sold as described

Every card is described and photographed as accurately as we can. The listing photos are the record of the exact item and its condition. Raw (ungraded) cards are sold ungraded, and any condition note is our honest assessment, not a guarantee of how a third-party grader would score it. We make no promise of future grading outcomes or future market value.

Pricing and availability

Most cards are one of a kind. Orders are filled on a first-paid, first-served basis. If a card is already sold, mispriced, or otherwise unavailable when your order comes in, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices are in US dollars.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within a few business days, tracked, and insured where available. Orders over $250 ship with signature confirmation. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. Once tracking shows the package delivered to the address you provided, the item is considered received.

Returns

Because these are collectibles, sales are final except as set out in our Refund Policy, which covers items damaged in transit or materially not as described.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at hello@elevatednrj.com and we will make it right. For "item not received" claims, carrier tracking showing delivery is treated as proof of delivery. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are not supported by our return policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for changes in a card's market value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
